Americans Eating Less Fruits
An article released by MedPage Today stated that Americans are still eating less fruits as they should. Fruit Goal for Americans to eat was two or more servings a day and the study have shown that only 32.5% reached this goal and benefited from the Vital Nutrients these fruits can offer. The article have no data as to what type of foods Americans are consuming more, but with fast food eateries all around America, is it safe to say that Americans are eating more of these foods?
