Citrus Fruits (like Orange, Dalandan (Sour Orange), Calamansi) have always been popular due to loads of Vitamin C they possess. But Vitamin C is not the be-all of Citrus Fruits. Nutrients vital to our bodies' protection can also be found in these fruits. Examples :
