6 Best Foods for Healthy Skin
An interesting article from Yahoo(which is actually from MensFitness), enumerating six foods that will make our skin healthy. Two foods in the list are fruits : Avocado and Blackberry.
Avocado, because of its Vital Nutrients : "healthy" fat content and its B-Vitamins. Blackberries, because of its ability to prevent sagging of the skin (due also to its Vital Nutrients content).
