KUMQUATS : Vital Nutrients and Health Benefits

KUMQUATS, Scientific Name :  Fortunella spp.
Native to South Asia and Asia-Pacific, KUMQUAT, it is said, have long been cultivated in Japan, Taiwan and the Philippines (would you believe? I don't even know the Tagalog of Kumquat and it is been in my country for a long time - pity me). Is this the delicious, Vital Nutrients-rich Ponkan?
